Notice to Early and Questioned Voters - Canvass Board Review 2020

The Canvass Board is scheduled to meet on October 7, 8, & 9, beginning at 2:00 p.m. each day, in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 231 W. Evergreen Avenue.

The Canvass Board's purpose is to verify the information on the ballot envelope against the official voter registration record to determine whether to fully count, partially count, or reject a questioned ballot. Within 30 days following certification of the election, a written notice informing the voter if the ballot was rejected or partially rejected will be mailed. Please note, a ballot was counted if no notice was received.
