IRS 1040 & 1040SR, & PFD forms 2023

IRS 1040 & 1040SR forms, and PFD forms are available on the brochure wall just inside the front doors at Palmer City Hall, located at 231 W. Evergreen.

Additional IRS forms may be printed, or ordered from the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/forms-instructions

PFD applications may be completed online at pfd.alaska.gov

Create or sign in to a My Alaska account prior to filing your PFD online to avoid having to print a PFD signature page, or send in a paper application (except first time filers). https://my.alaska.gov/  Each person filing for the PFD must sign in to their own My Alaska account before filling out the online PFD application.

Free computer use & wifi is available at any MSLN library to file or print. Printing costs a small fee per page.
