The Mat-Su/Copper River District of the Cooperative Extension Service is a goldmine of information, classes, and hands on training for agriculture, gardening, insects, invasive species, 4-H, FFA, emergency preparedness, nutrition, cooking & preserving food, money management and more! The Experimental Farm in Palmer is part of the extension service.
