John Prevost

Assistant Chief John Prevost has been an employee with the City of Palmer for many years.  He began his fire service as an Fire Department Explorer.  When he became old enough, he began work with the City of Palmer Public Works Department and became a paid on-call fire department member.  In 2021, John was promoted to Assistant Chief and accepted a full-time position with Palmer Fire & Rescue as the Training Coordinator.  In 2023, John was promoted to Deputy Chief of Palmer Fire & Rescue.

John loves his family (both personal and Palmer Fire & Rescue).
