Donations of $1,000 or more are eligible for a Memorial or Honor plaque. Please type in the exact wording you would like on the plaque. Maximum of 5 lines with 33 characters & spaces per line. Double check for spelling errors. See an example on our Donation FAQ page.

If you aren't making a donation, you may close the PayPal window without taking any action. You must complete and submit BOTH forms! Library staff will be in touch with you when we have an opening to schedule training.
